Once approved for purchase, our personnel are flexible and skilled enough to create the purchase order within your own system for approval to release by appropriate Management authorities. Immediately upon release of the purchase order our team follows up with the supplier as the first step of the expediting process to; A) ensure that the supplier has in fact received the PO. B) That they agree on its correctness and acceptance, and C) that they confirm the dispatch date.
All orders are then followed up on an appropriate regularity prior to dispatch to ensure that supplier commitments are upheld and/or update information is relayed promptly to the end users of each order.

Of course a significant spend is via the means of service contracts and site based contractors. SC&L provides a comprehensive Contracts and Contractor Management service to ensure that responsibilities under a contract are upheld by all parties and that site contractors are current in all aspects of their duty of care to their workers and the client principle. Full document control of all contractor insurance certifications, site entry requirements etc are collated and maintained in a separate contractor database on the client servers.
